Green Peas Pulao

2 cups rice, soaked, 1/2 cup peas, 2 onions, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, salt to taste, 2 teaspoon oil, 4 cups water
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
- When it splutters, add cumin and onion. Cook till tanslucent.
- Add peas, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. Give it a quick stir.
- Add water and rice. Transfer to rice cooker or cook on high heat till water evaporates and lower the heat to cook further 10 minute. Serve hot.
